Remote Deposit Capture
Now businesses can deposit checks received at their business sites directly to the bank without going to the bank. Qualified business customers can use a remote check scanner attached to their computer systems at their place of business to make deposits. Mobile deposit is a feature in the myVRB mobile banking app that allows you to use the camera on your smartphone or tablet to securely deposit a check directly to an eligible account, saving you a trip to the bank. A night deposit box is available at each branch, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Deposits dropped off before 8:30 a.m. each business day will be worked for customer accounts that day. Deposits dropped off during weekends and holidays will be worked the following business day after 8:30 a.m.
The bank contracts with a local courier company to pick up non-cash business deposits at the business address and deliver to the bank daily. The courier is bonded and complies with bank security requirements.
The bank provides wire transfers to and receives them from national and international financial institutions. Orders received by a certain time each day can be transferred the same day. Contact Customer Service for more information.
